Shipping Charges
- Delivery is charged in increments of £5 for every 29kg. For example if you order 1 bag of 14kg, you would be charged £5. 2 bags (28kg), you would be charged £5. If you order 3 bags, the charge will be £10
- We may offer free delivery from time to time based on special promotions
How long will delivery take?
- Items will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. For example: An order made on a Monday morning will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. If the order is placed on Monday afternoon it will arrive on Wednesday. Orders made Friday to Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs and use a 24hr courier service.
- The couriers are instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place (i.e. not signed for)
- We use DHL, DPD and ParcelForce
- Wholesale deliveries will be arranged to suit your requirements. Contact us to make arrangements.
