Guy Truelock (aka The Savanna Kitchen) is a man with a passion for cooking with wildfire & smoke! Not only was he our very first customer when we opened for business last summer, but he has also become our very close friend and a member of our Firemasters family. Armed with a keen passion for blogging and a wicked sense of humour, Guy has invited us on his journey of building an outdoor kitchen in his back garden during lockdown.

Marcus Bawdon (aka CountryWoodSmoke) is all about cooking outdoors and encouraging others to learn how to BBQ better. An author of the bestselling Food & Fire outdoor cooking book, a BBQ teacher, recipe creator and BBQ demo chef, Marcus is in his element when surrounded by smoke, fire, good food, family, and friends with a glass of something cold. A believer that BBQ should be relaxing and fun with a bit of BBQ theatre such as dirty steaks and charcoal melted bone marrow.

Meet Andy Copps, our South African Braai Day competition winner. Andy is an artist and performer here in the UK; a chartered accountant turned storyteller.
